Elevated Alignment Massage & Bodywork's mission is to provide, goal-oriented, outcome-based massage that focuses on pain relief, improved mobility, improved posture, stress relief, and overall well being. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to improve your body's posture and alleviate stress; I will tailor every session to your unique needs. Your goals become my goals, and I am committed to getting you where you want to be- one session at a time.  With a variety of massage techniques and a deep understanding of human anatomy, Elevated Alignment is here to help you move better, feel better, and live better. 

Elevated Alignment Massage and Bodywork is owned and operated by Carrie Ciucciomei, LMT #15127 of Kingsport, Tennessee. Carrie started her massage career in North Carolina after graduating from the prestigious Body Therapy Institute in 2016. She obtained her North Carolina license in March of 2017 and has been practicing the art of massage ever since! In 2020, Carrie decided to advance her education by attending physical therapist assistant school at Guilford Technical Community College in Jamestown, NC. She graduated and obtained her NC PTA license in 2021. Although she no longer practices as a physical therapist assistant, the education and skills she received from that experience continue to spill over into her career as a massage therapist. Carrie and her family, love the mountains, sunshine, and water, which brought them to TN!
