El Roi Wellness, founded in 2025, was birthed from personal tragedy and a long journey of healing through mental and physical trauma. We serve the city of Castle Rock and the greater Douglas County region out of a deeply-rooted desire to facilitate healing in the lives of our clients, in partnership with the natural pathways of healing in the human body. Currently, we specifically utilize the modalities of Swedish and Hot Stone massage and Craniosacral and Cupping therapy, as is appropriate and suited for each client and their wellness goals and needs. El Roi Wellness is owned and ran by Abriana Frees, LMT, graduate of the esteemed Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy.
