Intentional pursuit of the mind-body connection

Thank you for being here! Our comfortable home office is located in SE Bend near the new library off 27th.

Life is ever evolving and so are your body's needs. Accidents, big projects, challenging workouts, injuries, the process of aging, stress, loss, and all sorts of things happen to us every day. The body is so intelligent in how it can adapt and support us through it all; so it is important we do the same for it. Massage is one way we can thank it. At the start of each session, we will discuss recent issues/needs and work together to develop a treatment plan at the beginning of each session. Throughout the session we continue to communicate while executing the plan and educating along the way, resulting in benefits that will outlast the session itself.

Here at Edify Bodywork we’re a husband & wife team. We graduated together from the renounced Sage School of Massage and Esthetics in April 2024. The opportunity to learn more about the body in a truly holistic manner continues to intrigue us.  From kinesiology, to the mind-body-spirit connection that affects our everyday reality, we focus our effort on the body as a whole system. Our techniques and specialties are similar and complementary, yet different in a few distinct ways.

Here is a bit about Lili:

With my background in PT at a locally owned clinic in my hometown of Klamath Falls coupled with being a naturally touch oriented person I bring a unique approach to massage/bodywork. My work is typically referred to as "productive" or “effective”. I use deep passes at a methodical pace that allows for maximum relief while being mindful of the patient's CNS. Coaching on breath, and incorporating a variety of relaxation elements allows for a combination of productivity and relaxation. My typical pressure is medium to deep unless otherwise requested (which I am ALWAYS open to!). Connecting with all kinds of people & giving my brain a good challenge to help restore physical form is a deep seeded passion. Working towards functional goals with my patients and further educating/empowering in the process is a core part of my practice and I look forward to learning alongside you in each session. A truly productive massage requires trust, empowerment, equal participation, and understanding. The opportunity to build this with each patient is one of my favorite aspects of this career. When not in session you can find me with my two daughters, Jesse, or some of my many beloved friends and family. I love to keep myself very busy with working out, dancing, reading, crafting, cooking, running, adventuring, church and literally anything I can squeeze some time in for.

Here is a bit about Jesse:

I feel very fortunate to have grown up in a place like Bend, Oregon and been able to do things like mountain bike, rock climb, snowboard, backpack, and much more. However, after a few shoulder dislocations and spinal compression fractures I wasn’t able to live the lifestyle and use my body in the ways I previously could. This took a huge toll on my mental health. At a relatively young age, I grew incredibly appreciative of holistic healthcare and everything it has to offer. Modalities such as massage therapy and chiropractic care completely changed my life and my relationship with my body and pain. Years later, working with patients experiencing chronic pain and specific injuries/issues has become something I love. Using client-centered deep tissue massage, craniosacral therapy, high-level communication skills, and a wealth of knowledge on body mechanics and exercises, I aim to offer the same helping hand I received. I look forward to supporting anyone and everyone on their healing journey.
