Hello there and welcome.
My name is Kassy, and I started Ebb and Flow because I have always found myself wanting to help people. I knew that in a world of so much stress and chronic pain, I could do my part in helping people take a minute for themselves. I'm now a Licensed Massage Therapist and have been practicing in the field for 9 years. I work with the body in a 3-dimensional way incorporating many modalities I've learned over the years such as stretching and myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue and Swedish massage. I really let the body tell me what it needs and customize each session to provide the most results.
