Using a slow steady approach combined with stretching, muscle energy technique, and DermoNeuroModulation (DNM), she helps clients release muscle tension while supporting long-term nervous system regulation.
Mindy is certified in DNM, a gentle yet powerful method that works with the parasympathetic nervous system. This approach helps the body shift from "fight or flight" into a state of " rest and relax".
