I help people feel more comfortable in their bodies through therapeutic bodywork focused on pain relief, nervous system support, deep relaxation, and restoring balance after stress and burnout.
My sessions combine massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, and restorative bodywork techniques to help release chronic tension, calm the nervous system, improve mobility, and create space for the body to reset.
Whether you’re dealing with stress, headaches, muscular pain, nervous system overload, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from your body, each session is personalized to support what your body needs most that day.
My work blends therapeutic skill with a calming, trauma-informed approach that helps people feel safe enough to truly let go and unwind.

I especially enjoy working with people who live high-stress, fast-paced lives and need intentional space to slow down, recover, and reconnect with themselves.
In addition to private sessions, I also provide on-site bodywork for retreats, wellness events, nonprofit organizations, and select travel-based opportunities.
