My foundational guiding principle is a fierce commitment to reality, grounded in empathy, compassion, and clear boundary practices. With over two decades of training and experience, I work with a combination of tools custom tailored to you each session. I can help in many aspects of healing, spanning the body, mind, and spirit. My professional trainings include: Energy Healing/Energy Medicine (readings/clearing/healing), bodywork modalities - primarily massage & Craniosacral Therapy, and trauma recovery tools, including Somatic Experiencing (SE), Organic Intelligence (OI), and Somatic Touch work. All are available to help you build (or rebuild) a harmonious relationship with self and other, and restore your sense of goodness in self, your soul/spirit, your body, being alive, and being in the world.
