I attended Blue Heron Academy where I completed the 600 hour program in medical massage therapy, as well as the 1200 hour program in manual therapy graduating in 2011. My education gave me a strong foundation to build a very fulfilling career where I have the privilege of helping people in so many different ways. I truly consider myself so lucky to do something I love!
I then worked in a chiropractors office beside many chiropractors and massage therapist, there I continued to learn and grow as a therapist.
In 2019, I opened my own practice and joined an awesome team at TOVA Salon where I currently work Wednesday through Friday.
In the many years as a licensed massage therapist it has been a privilege to help countless people with a wide variety of injuries, issues and the negative impact that stress has on the body. I have successfully treated numerous ailments with many modalities, such as deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation and prenatal massage; as well as myofacial release, trigger point and manual therapy.
I pride myself in giving the best care possible, with compassion, problem solving and communication in order to help improve your quality of life.
When I'm not doing the work I love, you could probably find me outside. Whether it's working around the house, playing in the woods, running or working out. I try not to take life for granted by living it to the fullest. I also love to travel with close friends and go on adventures. I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my family and friends.
