Dee is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Cupping Therapist who specializes in therapeutic recovery work, chronic tension patterns, and helping active clients move and feel better. Her sessions are focused on reducing pain, improving mobility, relieving muscular tension, and supporting long-term recovery without relying on excessive force.
Her work combines deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, stretching, and targeted fascial techniques based on each client’s individual needs and goals. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Dee focuses on how daily movement patterns, posture, stress, and overuse affect the body as a whole.
Clients often describe her work as focused, intentional, and results-oriented while still helping them feel relaxed and supported throughout the session. Dee graduated from the Dayton School of Medical Massage and continues expanding her education in therapeutic and recovery-based techniques to better support her clients both in and outside the gym.
