I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master with over 12 years of experience helping clients reduce pain, relieve stress, and reconnect with their bodies. I specialize in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, focused bodywork, cupping, gua sha (muscle scraping), and Reiki/energy healing.

Every session is custom-tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're looking to work through specific tension patterns, chronic pain, or simply decompress from the weight of everyday life, we'll begin each appointment by discussing your goals and concerns so I can create a session that truly supports you.

While massage is often the starting point, I also offer the option to integrate Reiki or other forms of energy healing into your session if you're open to it. Many people find it surprisingly calming and restorative, especially during times of stress, grief, or emotional overwhelm. If you're curious, you're always welcome to ask questions.

My practice is located out of my home on 7th Ave in Coralville, IA. The space is cozy and candlelit with a relaxed, down-to-earth feel. 

Please note: I have two friendly dogs who are always kept in a separate room during appointments. However, if you have a sensitivity or allergy to pets, I may not be the best fit for you.
