Courtney is a licensed massage therapist and Reiki Master practicing traditional Usui Reiki. She graduated from the Monterey Institute of Touch in Carmel CA in 2002 where she studied a variety of modalities including deep tissue massage, reflexology, myofascial release, swedish massage, and trigger point therapy.
She is also trained in Cupping Therapy which can be combined with massage to make an even greater impact. The suction created by the silicone cups helps to release tension in the muscles and fascia, and this can lead to enhanced relaxation and a reduction in muscle stiffness and tightness.
Courtney has a nurturing approach believing each individual body holds the power to heal itself, and sometimes therapeutic touch is just what we need to spark that healing.
