Welcome, I'm offering a Verity of Massage Techniques, Yoga (mind & body) Therapy, Reiki, & Transformational Retreats.
Thank you for checking my page out! I am excited to be able to offer a wide range of massage, bodywork, and spiritual development in San Diego. The bodywork I offer in Spring Valley and North Park (optionally Mon/Fri) is now a combination of Myofascial/Swedish, Trigger Points, Sports, Neuromuscular, Thai, and bringing in Breath and Energy therapies as an option.
I love creating a relaxing inviting atmosphere for my clients. Started my massage practice 10 years ago and many years of other modalities along side. With my practice I’m very passionate about helping others bring balance into their bodies and lives.

Primary session:
Body and Soul Massage, allowing you to pick what you need as far as the pressure, techniques I offer and optional combo of Energy, Breath, Yoga Therapy. I work with all sorts of body types and people, men, women, & non-binary who are creating self empowerment and transformation in their lives. All in a beautiful space I’m proud of!
Also offering 1on1 retreats & small groups, consisting of Spiritual Development, Mindfulness, Yoga, and Shamanic practices. In these transformative retreats we can co-create the tools to carry in the journey of life.
