I'm Josue Rivera, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Manual Lymphatic Drainage practitioner dedicated to helping you achieve optimal wellness — not just recovery, but long-term physical freedom.
With more than 7 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork, I specialize in custom therapeutic massage, sports and medical massage, targeted active stretch, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder technique). I also offer specialized modalities including cupping therapy, hot & cold rapid tension relief, rock pod gliding, gua sha, and PNF stretching — tools designed to address the full spectrum of what your body carries.
CHM was built from a real place. Before becoming a licensed therapist, I spent years working alongside people in commercial kitchens, construction, demolition, and landscaping — industries that demand everything from the body and give very little back. I watched coworkers push through pain until something broke. That experience shaped my mission: to bring high-quality, accessible therapeutic care to the people who need it most.
