Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork
My name is Connie Hodde and I graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2015. I believe that routine bodywork can be a long-term benefit for those suffering from lifelong conditions and chronic pain. In performing massage, I hope to help my clients achieve greater self-awareness and, through that, offer a stepping stone to healing.
Though I can and do perform massage for the purpose of relaxation, I believe that the best way to pamper your body is to give it the care it really needs. I perform many styles of massage, and prefer to incorporate many techniques to promote healing and self-awareness for my client.
