Welcome to Cofer Bodywork and Massage! My name is Sebastian Cofer, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, CORE Myofascial Therapist, and a Licensed Medical Massage Practioner. I have worked diligently to establish and operate my own bodywork and massage clinic here in Dallas, TX.. My experience spans over 20 years and includes spa and clinic settings. The services I provide at Cofer Bodywork and Massage include, but are not limited to, Core Myofascial Therapy, Medical Massage and Sports Massage therapy. I have mastered many modalities including hot stone, deep tissue, and myofascial techniques. Because I specialize in deep tissue my method is to fuse clinically based deep tissue techniques with myofascial techniques to both calm and relax. I also add stretching, movement and kneading to provide a restorative and therapeutic treatment that aids the body’s natural healing process. My goal is to relieve your initial pain or discomfort, restore normative function to your muscles and joints, and optimize your performance.
