I am a California state, Certified Massage Therapist. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). I have grown committed to supporting people from all walks of life, to eliminate Acute and Chronic pain using medical massage techniques. In February, 2025, I will have completed 13 years of experience. Aside from completing my Massage Program in 2011, I have taken many continued education classes throughout the years. Massage can be an essential treatment to ones health and wellness. As I have aged myself, experiencing aches and pains from pregnancies, or bad falls. I have used those incidents to learn how to cater my treatments to better serve my clients. As I manipulate your muscles, I feel for imbalances, stiffness and sticky tissues. Relaxing your tissues will lead to decrease in tightness, allowing for better circulation and range of motion of your muscles. Leading to less aches. I have learned to work on relieving pain from nerve impingements, I have lots of experience relieving pain such as Carpal Tunnel, Sciatica, TMJ, Piriformis Syndrome, Plantar Fasciitis, and more!
In 2020, with experiencing my own issues with inflammation and gut issues, I ventured to learn more about how other systems work. The Lymphatic System is what caught my attention to help with relieving my symptoms. I have taken several classes, combining my favorite techniques to provide the best treatment for my clients. It has been one of my top selling services because of the improvements my clients have felt afterward. Less inflammation which can cut back your chances of disease. Less brain fog and swelling. Improved digestion, can cut back on inflammation.
