I'm Chad. I’ve been practicing massage therapy, bodywork, and herbal medicine for over 15 years. During that time, I’ve worked with thousands of clients to relieve stress, ease chronic and acute pain, support injury recovery, and improve mobility and quality of life. My hands-on experience spans high-end spas, chiropractic offices, and community acupuncture clinics.
I offer services at my home studio in downtown Vista as well as mobile/out-call massage throughout North County San Diego. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and may include a blend of Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and craniosacral therapy. I can address issues such as back and neck pain, nerve compressions, hip and shoulder tension, foot and wrist discomfort, and well as aid in healing and recovery from a variety of acute and chronic issues. Whether your goal is relaxation, pain relief, or performance enhancement—I’ve got you covered.
Beyond bodywork, I’m passionate about holistic health and wellness. I also offer remote consultations in herbal medicine, whole-food nutrition, and lifestyle support, drawing from my background in medical and cultural anthropology.
