60 minute massage. Very helpful in both relaxation and therapy. I usually ask if there is an area that needs more focus, and I will tailor the massage according to that request.

90 minute massage. The ultimate in therapy and relaxation. A 90 minute massage gives me enough time to work on concerns you may have, or issues that come up during the session. It can also leave time for some deep relaxation.

30 minute massage. This time frame is for targeting very specific issues. e.g. neck and shoulders.
