Choose your type of massage- relaxation, deep tissue or Thai- Shiatsu to find what works for you. I'll listen to your needs to create just what you're looking for. Having massage on a regular basis has numerous benefits to both your body and your mind.

I'm offering small yoga classes now (5 people maximum) featuring Restorative yoga with Thai massage. In this class we stay in poses using many props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, eye pillows, etc.) for total comfort, so we can stay in the pose for an extended period of time, as I come around and do Thai stretches on each person. The class is 90 minutes, $40 for each person, and is a great way to get and idea of what a Thai massage is like.
You can also choose gentle yoga with Thai massage. In this class there is a more movement, staying in a few poses, and receiving Thai stretches in those poses. This class works a bit more with controlled breath. Also 90 minutes long, the cost is $30 per person.
