KEEP YOUR CLOTHES ON MASSAGE. Healing people from pain and injury has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. I have been a licensed Massage Therapist in Houston since 2001 and provide a clothing on therapeutic neuromuscular/sports massage that helps people of all ages alleviate pain and injury throughout the body. Every session is geared to improve the way your body moves and feels and is beneficial and a valuable means of maintaining health, energy, and wellness.
My modalities include, but not limited to, pin and stretch, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, rhythmic, and trigger point massage, all which has been adapted to allow clients to keep their clothes on, which makes it more appropriate for teenage athletes as well as the elderly population.
Years of experience, studying, and working with the human body has helped me achieve success by adapting my technique to the individual needs of clients and helping them get back to a quality of life. Whether you need relief form pain or maybe just relaxation, I can help.
I believe strongly that the benefits of massage and bodywork are cumulative and that a consistent schedule of bodywork can really help you and your body cope with stress, overuse, and injury.
