I became a massage therapist because I know what it’s like to live in a body that feels like it’s working against you - to walk into appointments with anxiety, to cry mid-session, to leave feeling unheard, dismissed, or told it’s all in your head. I know what it’s like to navigate a diagnosis, or fight for one, while carrying the weight of grief for the life you imagined before pain took up so much space.

My own journey with endometriosis, countless medical visits, and interactions with professionals who didn’t see the whole of me shaped the way I practice today. I believe chronic pain deserves acknowledgment, care, and holistic support — not dismissal. I believe your body still deserves gentleness, attention, and compassion, even when the world treats your needs like an inconvenience. Through my work, I hold space for people living with pain and the stress, overwhelm, and the grief/loss that can come with it.

Carespace by Liv at B Space Studio is a healing-centered bodywork practice rooted in care, connection, and restoration. Led by Liv Gardner, a massage therapist and wellness facilitator, Carespace offers customized massage sessions that support nervous system regulation, pain relief, and embodiment. Each session is crafted with intention—drawing from modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, Shiatsu, trigger point therapy, myofascial therapy —and enhanced with grounding practices that nurture you as a whole person.

As part of B Space Studio, a collaborative wellness space created in partnership with Tonisha Barnes of Esthi Rituals, Carespace by Liv is more than a massage room—it’s a sanctuary for reconnection, rest, and support.
