Welcome to Cape Bodywork! My name is Shelby Quatrini and I am a licensed massage therapist on Cape Cod, MA providing massage services in my office in Hyannis. I specialize in integrative therapeutic massage, helping my clients to identify areas of tension and working together to bring awareness to the body and access deep relaxation. With certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and Thai Foot Reflexology, as well as my background as a yoga instructor, I will draw on various techniques to create a bodywork session that is customized for you. I hope that my sessions allow clients to drop into their bodies and to tap into our innate ability to heal from the inside out.
