Grief Healing Circles

Another branch of my work includes hosting monthly grief healing circles. Within a supportive and compassionate space, we gather to share what feels heavy on the heart, the uncomfortable and often unspoken parts of our experience.

Through movement, breath, and honest expression, we speak our truth. In being witnessed and heard, the healing journey begins.

 Retreats & Yoga

I offer massage therapy at private events out of office and on retreats. I also teach weekly slow-flow deep stretch yoga classes locally.
