My name is Brooke Smith, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Lymphatic Specialist. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, which gave me a strong understanding of how the body moves, functions, and recovers. I use this knowledge to create customized massage sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
My goal is to treat every client as an individual, not a routine. Whether you are looking for relaxation, pain relief, lymphatic work, or help with chronic tension, each session is designed specifically for what your body needs that day.
