“Bronson was beyond amazing . He addressed some chronic issues I have and gave me great confidence that with multiple sessions they could be resolved. He has a wonderful deep yet light touch that's like butter” - M Hughes
After completing the Neuromuscular Program at the National Holistic Institute in San Jose, I have become witness to the phenomenon that muscles hold memory. Akin to various other forms of therapy, I love learning each person's story as this better informs the healing approach.
During a session, clients can expect an open line of communication in order to hone in on the therapy they are needing. The use of breath work and Swedish massage is the portal to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the system activated when we are most relaxed. Once the body is prepared for deeper work, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial therapy (MFT), cross fiber, Thai massage, or craniosacral holds are incorporated.
