Sasha has been a licensed massage therapist for 13 years and is also a certified cupping therapist, Reiki energy healer, and certified health coach. With her Bachelor’s degree in exercise science and health promotion, Sasha has a comprehensive understanding of anatomy and physiology and employs a hands-on, holistic approach to incorporate this knowledge into her practice. Sasha believes bodywork is imperative for physical and mental health, and she enjoys her role as an integral part of many of her clients’ healing and wellness journeys.
