Barefoot massage is a therapeutic technique where the massage therapist uses their feet as their primary delivery tool. The therapist is able to perform the massage using the broader, smoother, aspects of the foot, as opposed to the sometimes pointy, sharper tools such as thumbs or elbows often associated with discomfort.

During barefoot massage, we use a combination of gliding strokes, compression and stretching. We use bars on the ceiling for balance and leverage. Our clean and soft feet massage with flow and rhythm to loosen, lengthen, and smooth tight fascia, muscles, ligaments, and tendons. Barefoot combines the best of deep pressure and relaxation. Gravity, leverage, and body weight, work together to deliver comfortable, deeper pressure massage.
