New Client Notice: For safety verification all new clients will be asked to provide a valid photo ID to be scanned or sent prior to their appointment.
All Client Notice: Immediately upon booking all clients will receive a booking confirmation email and a request to complete the Health Intake form email. Please complete this at least 24 hours before your appointment. The name on the booking must match across all intake forms and ID. Health and safety standards and legal compliance are maintained at all times.
Parking: Parking is available for our Brewster Building in the Camden Inn lot. The entrance to the building is also located there.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before appointment time for single bookings and 48 hours for multiple bookings. This ensures fairness and consideration to both the business and the client. Any cancellations after those times will result in a full charge. Breakwater Massage Therapy reserves the right to cancel, end or reschedule appointments when necessary or deemed appropriate.
