Life changes in an instant mine was on July 19, 2010 when my bicep tendon ruptured and the tear ripped through both heads of my left biceps muscle. My friends suggested sports massage to break up the scar tissue, but Las Vegas is full of spas and most therapists specialize in spa styled massage. Properly trained sports massage therapists that also know about injury recovery are nearly impossible to find and when you do find them, they usually only work on certain doctor's clients. I knew then that I had been called to become the therapist that I needed; I had to become the best Sports Massage and Injury Recovery massage therapist in Nevada. 

I attended a great medical school to learn massage (Anthem College) and took the best continuing education classes I could. I was a Reiki practitioner only 3 months into my massage program. Then I joined the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA.) The AMTA exposed me to the top therapist in the nation. For example, I learned Sports Massage from Richard Lomelli of the LA Dodgers & LA Kings. Fewer than a dozen people can make that claim! I have severed on the AMTA NV's Board for several years and I have served on the committee that approves Position Statements 

 

I created Bold Bodywork to bring bring effective, evidence-based treatments to active residents of Henderson and Las Vegas. Results-based therapy mixed with an air of luxury. Our Henderson, NV office near Green Valley Ranch is within 20 miles of most of the Las Vegas Valley. Strength, anatomical knowledge and a passion for healthy living are the foundation of every service offered.
