A yoga teacher and a bodyworker, I draw wisdom from many different traditions to encourage your body to arrive at your natural state of balance and harmony. In this place, healing happens.
Each 90- or 120-minute bodywork session is customized to your soul’s yearning. Through a combination of Esalen, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Stretching, Breath and Energy Healing techniques, you’ll find your tension released, mobility increased, your mind relaxed and your energy aligned.
