Sara Kuanfung, a certified precision neuromuscular therapist and licensed massage therapist takes a clinical approach to therapeutic massage by identifying the reasons for pain and dysfunction. She will spend a few minutes narrowing down the cause for discomfort whether it be structural, muscular, a trigger point referral pattern, or nerve entrapment and then specifically targets the area with precise therapeutic massage that is comfortable.  Her goal is to become more accessible to those who suffer from soft tissue pain and provide relief and a solution to chronic pain. 
Sometimes this approach takes time to narrow down the list of suspects, unravel the mystery, and give the nervous system time to process the tissue changes layer by layer. This is the reason Sara founded BodyWork Continuum, to provide individualized therapy sessions with advanced soft tissue work.
