Grounding Massage: Experience the harmonious blend of Swedish massage and traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi. By using long, flowing strokes and forearm techniques that mimic the rhythm of the ocean, this deeply nourishing massage melts away knots while releasing stagnant energy and emotional blocks.

By calming the nervous system and easing muscular tightness, you are left feeling restored rather than depleted. Kristine will guide you through a Grounding Meditation at the end of your treatment to bring you back to yourself in a loving and powerful way.
