Reservation Information
A valid credit or debit card is required on file to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless a deposit is required for a group reservation. Otherwise, the card will only be charged if our cancellation policy needs to be applied.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for individual appointments, 48 hours’ notice for appointments involving two people or two services, and 72 hours’ notice for group reservations. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled services.
Gift Cards
Credit card-style gift cards cannot be redeemed for online purchases or bookings. These gift cards are redeemable in person only at the time of your visit. If you have any questions about your gift card or need assistance booking an appointment, please don't hesitate to contact us.
