30 Minute Massage
A 30 minute massage is ideal for the person with a busy schedule who only wants to address one or two areas. I will listen to what you request and work accordingly to give you the most effective massage I can in a short period of time.

60 Minute Massage
The classic hour long massage may include focus on specific areas or be used for general relaxation. It's your session - you can choose, or we can simply thank your body for all it does for you.

90 Minute Massage
An hour and a half allows for in depth work in your areas of concern as well as time to include some work on the rest of your body. In my practice, a 90 minute massage is a full 90 minutes of massage time. Please arrive a few minutes early a
