The atmosphere was inviting, calming, peaceful, and relaxing. The massage helped release tension that my body has been holding for a long time. I highly recommend going to Blue Lotus for a massage. Overall, the experience was amazing.

After my first session my muscles were much more relaxed, particularly my right leg that has chronic muscle tightness. Did have have some tightness in my right leg during the night, which is a nightly occurrence; but not has extreme.
