Cranial Sacral Therapy- Specialty Treatment- 75 minutes $155
Cranial Sacral Therapy with accents of theraputic massage techniques, hot stone therapy and sound healing techniques for next level relaxation. Cranial sacral therapy may help provide relief for certain conditions, including headaches. There’s a low risk of side effects and you may try this therapy if you have musculoskeletal head, neck, shoulder, or back pain. Cranial sacral therapy (CST) is sometimes also referred to as craniosacral therapy. It’s a type of bodywork that relieves muscle and joint tightness around the bones of the head, sacrum (a triangular bone in the lower back), and spinal column. Also great for kids and teens!

You have your choice of Swedish/ medium pressure or medium/ deep tissue pressure combination. Sessions include accents of hot stone therapy and sound healing for deep relaxation and renewal.

In addition to deep relaxation of the body’s muscles and soft tissues, hot stone massage performed by a certified therapist can alleviate pain, improve circulation, and is believed to rid the body of toxins. This modality can also reduce stress and promote a sense of calm. Enthusiasts of hot stone massage also claim to experience a feeling of enlightenment, inner peace, and renewed spirituality after a session.

Sound impacts us on an elemental level. In fact, research shows us that sounds consist of vibrations that affect us on a cellular level, impacting brain, nerve, muscle, and organ function.
