Hello, I’m Nora, a licensed massage therapist since 2022. I completed a 770-hour holistic massage program at SpaTech Institute in Plymouth, MA. My work is deeply rooted in fascia-focused therapy, with a passion for deep tissue and addressing both the physical and emotional patterns held within the body.
My approach centers on working with the root cause—supporting the release of tension, trauma, and restriction within the fascial system. I’ve continued to expand my training in Polarity Therapy, Usui Reiki I & II, cupping, IASTM, orthopedic medical massage, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, acupressure, uterine massage, external pelvic floor therapy, jaw, neck & shoulder work from a Thai massage approach, and intraoral release. I intuitively weave these modalities together to create a session that is entirely tailored to each individual.
In 2014, I received a clinical diagnosis of PTSD. Over time, that experience has become an important part of my path—shaping how I hold space and understand the body’s capacity to store and process lived experiences. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through presence.
My guiding philosophy is: “Through feeling, the body begins to heal.”
I gently encourage clients to stay connected to their bodies during sessions, creating space to move through both physical sensation and deeper layers of release.
