Insurance 

B.E.S.T. of Benbrook, LLC, is not in-network with any insurance company.  If you wish to file a superbill with your insurance company, you shall provide B.E.S.T. of Benbrook, LLC with a physician's prescription for massage therapy. It must include the physician's diagnosis of your condition, diagnosis code, the physician's prescribed goals for the course of your massage treatment, the duration of each visit, the number of visits, and the duration of the course of therapy.

Appointment cancellation policies
A valid credit card must be kept on file at all times and to book appointments. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, or no-show, you will be charged a $49 fee.
