My name is Michele and I'm a licensed massage therapist. I specialize in deep tissue/swedish, and trigger point therapy. I offer a deeply relaxing massage while still providing therapeutic techniques to alleviate those aches and pains. A massage is an opportunity to refill your cup, manage pain holistically and find some refuge from life's stresses.
Be Well is a safe space of repose, centered around women's health and the bodies natural healing response. My goal is to rejuvenate, uplift and support the women in my community. One massage at a time. Here's to living intentionally.
