Rolfing Structural Integration is a systematic approach to improving the body’s over-all structure. Different than massage, Structural Integration works by creating more mobility in the connective tissue between the muscle layers. Rolfing is typically applied in a series of ten sessions, each with specific structural and functional goals building on the results of the previous sessions. It incorporates body awareness and movement re-education along with the physical work and is often very successful at resolving chronic and recurring issues.
