Balance is not something you find, it's something you create.
Hi, I’m Atefeh Ghaderi—a lifelong Blacksburg native and passionate healthcare professional with a heart for healing. My journey began right here in town, from preschool at B.U.M.P. through high school, eventually leading me to earn my Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from Jefferson College of Health Sciences in 2006.
For over a decade, I worked in hospital settings, from Montgomery Regional to Carilion Memorial, specializing in Neonatal and Pediatric care. I also spent eight enriching years in California, with Stanford Children’s Hospital as my home base.
In 2025, I shifted from clinical medicine to therapeutic massage, graduating from Daniel’s Institute of Massage and Healing Arts in Roanoke under the guidance of Joyce Zhang. My training included Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point release, myofascial work, manual lymphatic drainage, acupressure integration, reflexology, prenatal and infant massage, sports massage, geriatric techniques, aromatherapy, stone therapy, cupping—and more.
While I practice a wide range of modalities, I’m especially drawn to lymphatic drainage, acupressure, Lomi Lomi, and reflexology, and I plan to pursue advanced certifications in these areas as time permits.
I believe finding balance is essential for a harmonized life. Whether you’re seeking relief, restoration, or simply a moment to breathe—I’d be honored to support you on your wellness journey.
