"Our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well" (Psalm 139:14). Our bodies have a God given natural ability to heal itself....continually striving to maintain itself in a homeostatic balance. Massage is a great way to help it achieve that balance and restore peace within.
