A Natural Approach to Health & Wellness
Welcome! I provide customized therapeutic massage therapy, using a variety of techniques to facilitate your well being. I often work with people seeking deep tissue, sports massage, injury recovery and medical massage for maintenance, wellness and/or rehabilitation. That said, I also appreciate the need for relaxation and rejuvenation.
My focus with each session is to provide massage that is effective and thoughtful, encourage client awareness and give gentle feedback to maintain progress in between and beyond our sessions together.
