My passion for massage therapy comes from 15 years of work experience as a social worker, helping to promote the well-being of individuals in challenging life situations. Having become a mother to two rambunctious little boys, and then surviving cancer, I decided it was time to take my life in a new direction. It is my mission to build Zen into my own life, as well as those around me. I am Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Therapy, with special straining in Oncology Massage, Pre and Perinatal Massage, Table and Mat Thai Massage, Sports Massage, and Myofascial Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage. I offer customized massages utilizing a combination techniques from a variety of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, orthopedic, body mobilization, assisted/resisted stretches, cupping, percussion therapy, and aromatherapy, with the intent to relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Looking to be pambered? I can also do dry brushing, face and scalp massage, foot scrubs, and body wraps!
