The best term used to encompass my work may be "healing arts" however, I know that healing work is not one size fits all. Each of us approach bodywork looking to achieve different goals; some looking for long term solutions to physical pain, some in search of relaxation, and some looking to take care of their spiritual health. Through my education in Western science based bodywork and my training in traditional Mesoamerican healing practices, I fuse together my reality to bring unique care to all people. The core of my work is to bring freedom to our bodies through massage & bodywork, movement based practices, and energetic work. It is my honor to assist you as you pursue what healing means for you.
