Hi, I’m Araina—a North Carolina Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (#12791) with a passion for helping people feel more at ease in their bodies. My work blends intuitive touch with a range of therapeutic techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, active stretching, and Usui Reiki energy healing. I take an integrative approach, customizing each session to support your unique needs and restore balance to your body, mind, and spirit.
I believe that healing happens when we create space for stillness and deep connection. My intention is always to offer a safe, nurturing environment where you can fully relax, release, and reconnect with yourself.
Over the years, my work as a trauma-informed bodyworker has deepened my understanding of the nervous system and the power of supporting the parasympathetic state—the “rest and digest” response—so the body can shift toward healing and balance. I take the time to listen, tune in, and create a treatment that meets you where you are in your journey.
