AP Wellness Therapies is about providing an elevated, individualized experience to each person, helping them to improve their overall health and sense of well-being. Individuals may even customize their care with any combination of massage and yoga.
Throughout my career as both a Massage Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant, I have always looked at the person as a whole. Every body is beautiful and unique, and can benefit from personalized techniques or approaches helping to promote good health and longevity.
