My goal as a LMT is to provide a therapeutic, rejuvenating, relaxing massage while destressing the mind, improving mobility, helping to reduce pain/discomfort within my scope of practice and expertise. Every therapy session is custom tailored to the individual's health conditions, muscle/joint concerns, helping alleviate acute/chronic pain and discomfort while using varying deep/relaxation techniques, positional release therapy, trigger point work, cupping/bamboo sticks, Gua Sha "muscle friction" (coming soon) stretching, muscle relief (Tiger Balm), warming towels. It is important to establish a professional, ethical and safe environment for the therapist and client relationship.
