Cancellation/No-show policy (applicable for outstanding gifts certificates as well): 24 hour notification is required. In the case of an emergency or illness, you are still responsible for cancelling (or having someone else cancel for you) as soon as possible. No-showed appointments and late cancellations (not within 24 hours) will be charged via SQUARE (1/2 the price of your scheduled session) due upon receipt. After 2 no-show appointments, no further sessions will be scheduled and your gift certificate (if applicable) will no longer be valid at this location (if you are using a MassageBook gift card you can still use it at other locations that use MassageBook).
