Medical Massage Booking Instructions

If using insurance:

1. Verify massage benefits.


2. Book through my website.


3. Select Medical Massage.


4. Add optional add-on if desired.


5. Click “Skip This” for 60 minutes.


6. Complete intake forms.

Do not prepay medical massage appointments.

If redirected through Google, return and book directly through my website.

Bring insurance card, ID, and prescription if required.
